Managing your account profile and 911 address
It’s easy to keep your account profile up to date, including your contact information, language preference and password. Just follow these steps:
- Login to MyAccount
- Go to My Profile and click Manage My Profile
Edit My Profile
This option allows you the flexibility to manage all your Acanac accounts under the same MyAccount profile.
If you have more than one account, click on the Edit next to Linked accounts
To add a new account:
- Click on Link an account
- Enter the account number.
- Enter a Nickname to help identify the account.
- Enter the billing Postal Code registered to the account number.
- Click Submit
To edit an existing account:
- Edit an account nickname, and change your account PIN, contact number, and preferred language or the primary account setting.
- Click Save.
To remove an existing account:
If the account you want to remove is currently set as the primary account, you will need to select a new account to set as primary.
- Check the Set as primary box. Click Save.
- Return to the account you want to remove.
- Click the Remove button.
Change your contact Email and Password
- Click on Edit next to Login information.
- Enter your new email address.
- Scroll down to change your password.
- Enter a password and then confirm it.
- Click Continue.
Update your 911 address
It’s important to keep your address up to date in your account information. That way, in case of an emergency, help will be sent to the right location.
