MyAccount lets you manage all your Acanac services in one place and from your computer, tablet, or smartphone:
- Update your account profile, contact information, and password
- Review your current bill and billing history
- Review your any service changes
- Make a payment
- Update your preauthorized payment details
- Update your address for the Home Phone 911 service
To access MyAccount, click here, and a new tab will open. We suggest bookmarking this page for quick access.
- Enter the email address you used to register to MyAccount.
- Type in your password.
- Check the Remember my username/Email box.
- Click Login.
Forgot your password?
- Go to the MyAccount login page.
- Click I forgot my password.
- Enter the email address associated with your account, then click Submit. We'll send a link to create a new password.
Forgot your username/login email?
- Go to the MyAccount login page.
- Click I forgot my login email.
- Please enter your account number, first and last name, and password, then click Submit. We will provide you with the email associated with your account, which you can use to log in.
