Change the Billing Delivery Method

Through MyAccount you can easily manage how you receive your monthly invoices. Note: By switching to e-bill, you can access 18 months of invoice history.

If you prefer a paper invoice, contact us and one of our Customer Experience Advocates will help arrange that for you.

  1. Login to MyAccount
  2. Select Billing & Payment from the top menu. Then select Manage e-bill.
  3. If you have more than one account registered to MyAccount, select the account you wish to view from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select edit
  5. Under Bill type option, select e-Bill
  6. Click Save Changes
